DO NOT USE THEM! worst service ever. Drivers are never on time.

Always on time, very reliable service (keep an eye in rare case, some bad apple (driver) will push few buttons on fare meter during journey which will speed it up and you will end up paying few extra bucks).

I called for a cab at 3:50AM and called again around 4:10AM and was put on hold because his computer is starting then when I talked to the guy earlier and asked where's my cab he said that there was no calls from 10-15 minutes ago. Which was outrageous and the dispatcher was rude and raised his voice at me when I told him that he was the same person that I booked a cab with and he said that it was on the way which was a complete bull. I work in customer service and this experience is awful!!

I was a little nervous with the reviews not too great as I needed to be picked up at 4:30 am for the airport. My driver was excellent... was on time, friendly, car was clean, great driver. Absolutely nothing I could fault him on. I would totally recommend Sun Taxi, specifically my driver (sorry I didn’t get his name)

Best cab co here in Fort Mac....makes is their best guy....very clean cab...very nice older gentlemen...safe driver

Just caught a cab back to Ruth lake lodge from the casino had to pay 91$ That’s in herd of but they argued me to the point I said fuck it and paid !! Never again let’s get rid of these guys or push them out by using another company

Rude unprofessional to deal with! As a new visitor not familiar with the city of Fort McMurray Im counting on SUN Taxi to get me from point A to B!cab driver of 5 years driving could not get me from point A to B. No customer service resolution and will call you every name under the sun! Worst locally owned Cab company ever!shit companys like this is 1 of many reasons why Fort Mac has a bad reputation

Most drivers are unprofessional, rude, lack communication skills, no greetings at all, some seem quite unsafe. List of problems with service: -No greetings -No professionalism of any kind -Common rudeness create an unpleasant front/face for Fort McMurray Tourism or visitors -Lack of communication that could lead to unsafe or unpleasant contact/dialogue -Almost zero knowledge of costumer service skills -Never apologize even when are at fault Overall the poorest taxi service worldwide!
