Mobil 1 Lube Express

I came in for an oil change and battery replacement (free vacuum, wash, and coffee included- nice). I came back with a minor problem and they gladly fixed it for me. Service was excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I came to your establishment because of the car wash included with the service. The technicians did a great job with answering all my questions and help me understand what was going on. Thank you!

The most worst place to wash your car! Can't explain my anger for going here, WILL NEVER AGAIN. The most OVERPRICED place I'm town, cost me 6 dollars for nothing and took 2$ talk about mark up for nothing it's water.

Terrible Customer Service

I went through the touchless carwash. When my wash was over I started to pull forward and the door wouldn't open. I attempted at least 4 xs to drive up to the door. I then decided to back out of the carwash. As cars would not move I rolled down my window, to ask them to move this was a big mistake I got soaked from the pre wash sprayers which did not come on when I initially drove into the carwash. When I finally got out of the carwash a gentlemen approached me to help him as his car was stuck in one of the self wash bays. I called 'Emergency Number' posted on the door. I explained the situation and requested someone call me but no one did. I also emailed the company with no response. I assisted helping the gentlemen by driving up to the door his car was in and that didn't work. I pulled up to another door and that door opened. He got back into his car, but was still stuck inside until help arrived. This is not the first issue I have had with this place. I would have considered going back if someone had contacted me to at least acknowledge the situation. I won’t be going back now.
