poor childcare facility

At first I have consider using the care facility because there are not a lot of choices in the school area, but I do not think I would ever bring my children to the centre. First of all, I had a tour around the facility and it was very tight in space, but of most concern is the hygiene of the facility. There was an unpleasant smell once you open the door of the facility. Secondly, one day I saw the caregiver yelling at the kids, some of them are really young, perhaps only kindergarten age (even I felt frigthened from her speech), I really would not consider my children being taken care of by the caregiver.
