Orange Taxi

Called for a cab, was told it would pick me up in 15 minutes turned to half a hour, called back and was told the cab should be there any minute 10 minutes later they would not even answer the phone and would never recommend this pathetic service

Literally worst cab company ever, also doesn’t follow any covid rules and rude employees and no sense of guest satisfaction

Horrible service, half hour late at wrong address, yelling and swearing at my underage child and refusing to leave my property after payment, them proceeding to call and harass me for additional payment.

Super fast service and friendly cab drivers. Especially that cabby, Maggie. She is the best. She always helps my Mom with her groceries. I always trust orange taxi to get me to where i am going on time, plus they deliver beer very fast :)

Terrible customer service

The female operator of car#54 was clearly laughing at me and my Military Naval Uniform that I was wearing when doing business up Sooke. I did ask her and her male passenger if there was a problem and they both started laughing out loud. Shame on you for disrespecting people in uniform. Keep in mind that we protect the right the right that you, the ignorant cab driver, have to make fun of us

Called for a complaint and they could care less about anything I got cut off with a your life must be so hard and hung up on what kind of company y is this?

called this taxi today for a man at the end of my driveway, they laughed at me and told me to go inside and lock the doors. do not recommend. honestly worth it just to walk.

We were very grateful for the excellent service and consideration given to my brother-in-law when he needed a taxi to get home after a 2 week stay at VGH, with us out of town and arranging it long-distance. They were very prompt and courteous, sensitive to his situation and happy to wait extra time while he had prescriptions filled, even calling to let us know he arrived home safe and sound. We were very happy with the price as well. Thank you Tammy and Shelly!
