I’ve found Surplus Direct to be a rewarding experience, I have bought several items ranging from a garden house to pillows then furniture, I compared the cost to other retailers and the savings were tremendous!! Viva water coolers

Bought a water cooler. It didn't work so I brought it back and exchanged it for another one. That one didn't work either. I called them to see if they would test one out to insure that it worked properly and then I would do another exchange the next day. The guy on the phone starts giving me a hard time saying they are all tested and I'm the only who has had a problem with these coolers. He's pissed off and I'm the one doing all the running around. WOW

the wrost service ever staff is rude in professional don't know about most of their things on hand delvery time is long and staff is rude also
