the doctors are super nice but if at the odd chance you come latter and a middle aged brunette is working BEWARE she is SO RUDE, and confrontational.. i really like my doctor and the other receptionist but the experience i had really turned me off..

The most amazing doctor ever, kind, compassionate, explains things so you understand completely, doesn’t rush you out, and I think every doctor should ask this , “ is there anything else you need to ask or concerns you may have before you leave?” Generally cares about his patients, my daughter, son and spouse have both been to visit this clinic with outstanding services from secretary, and doctors, getting us in so fast, and feeling so comfortable and pleased when we leave! I 100% recommend them

This doctors office is by far the fastest Ive been to in my 40 years. Both doctors are awesome hands down. Ive read the reviews and negative comments, and if there was an issue I guarantee its not the doctors it was the receptionist. After the regular receptionist wasnt there anymore there was a young girl who messed up a lot, she was nice but inexperienced in my opinion but recently hired a new girl. Who is awesome, she knows what shes doing. Will continue to go w my kids been going for 4yrs

I have been going to this clinic for over 4 years. Since the first time I went for checkup,the doctors have been great listeners and beyond caring. I recommended a few of my friends and they have been very satisfied with the service. I noticed that some of the older reviews quite negative in terms of staff..the staff have changed since the first time I went for checkup and are currently very kind and respectful. During covid its a relief to know when a non urgent medical need arises on a Sunday, that this walk-in clinic goes above and beyond, to accommodate. From speaking with Doris whom was so kind and caring, calling us back informing us when it was time for us to come in for our appointment, to Doctor Ames gentle approach in dealing with mom. I needed to find some over the counter medicine which I tried few pharmacies and I could not find it, the pharmacist in Richmond Hill pharmacy was very helpful. She ordered the product for me and I received it the next day.
They also have walk-in clinic next to them with great doctors.
I really feel good going to that pharmacy. They are very helpful and care about their patients.

The facilities are very clean. Angela is a breath of fresh air. She is always (and I mean always) courtous, kind, polite and helpful, which is very rare to find in that line of work. Dr.Swartz is a very good doctor. She always takes good care of your need and if it is something that needs special attention, she makes it a point to get you seen immediately. I have had many doctors in the past, but yet to find a good hearted and caring doctor like her. God Bless her and her staff.

I am a patient at this clinic for about 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, the doctors are professional, there is walk in clinic where there is never a long wait so if my doctor is not available I can see someone else, the location has a a lab, a pharmacy, and all sort of other specialized practices in the same building. Also, plenty of free parking.
