Very fast estimates and service. Excellent work done by both Joe and Aaron. Would recommend this business and definitely use them again.

Even after requesting several times a quote for replacement of the water heater. I don’t believe it was fair to charge over $1200, without telling me first. After considering the cost of the heater the labour charger works out to ~ $300 per hour for 2 hours. I’m definitely in the wrong business.

I called and spoke with the owner and asked specifically if he did the kind of work I needed done and he said he did. When he got here I asked him again if this was something that they do and he said, yes. When he was done looking, he told me his receptionist would call and ask for my email address and give me a quote that way. She never called - I called 2 weeks later and she said she would call me right back. Again nothing. Its been over a month and still no estimate. Unacceptable
