Terrible service. Doesn't know how to keep customers

Absolutely terrible service. Tried booking a cab two days out. Was told to call morning off. Called the night before just to double check and was again told to call in the morning. Morning came and was told “the cabs have to be saved for the students” ended up walking 45min to work in -10 weather. Absolutely disgusted with this company and would never trust them to use them again

Drivers are unprofessional, lacking customer service skills. They are often late with no excuse even when a taxi has been pre-booked several hours in advance. Better off walking for how quickly and reliably they get you where you need to be. Avoid at all costs.

My vehicle was disabled at 11 pm at night. I called Yellow Taxi and arranged to be picked up at the car drop off point. Tena was very helpful and assured me that she would meet me at the car lot at midnight when the car was finally loaded and dropped. I can’t say enough about how this company is the only show in town that actually is available at all hours of the night. Thank you Tena for digging me out!!!

Called a pre book pick up for 1:30 am at 2:00pm the day before. No cab came. We called and the person who answered said there was no pre booked message left for him and he was the only driver. He said it was pur problem and it was -7 degrees out and we were stranded and drunk. Would not give us his name or cab number to complain. Need new cab services in town quick
