I needed new rotors on an American brand padlock. It should be a ten minute job. It took them 8 HOURS to do. Hour after hour, I kept going in and it was STILL not done. Finally, just before closing time, they finished it. Lazy and slothful beyond all normal comprehension, if they were a scene in a sit-com, no-one would believe it.
