Taizé Style Prayer Service

Thursdays until April 10th,  at 7:00 p.m. at Resurrection Parish. Come join us for Taizé style Prayer around the Cross, a candlelit prayer service where we meet God in song, the Word, and silent wonder. The Taizé prayer service is from an ecumenical community founded in Taizé, France in 1940. A Taizé service provides a form of prayer that was much admired by St John Paul II for its simplicity and focus on Christ. At a Taizé service we pray as we sing, as we reflect on the Scripture reading, as we sit in silence, and as we offer our prayers to Christ.

The first dates for photo sessions will be the last two weeks of May and the first two weeks of June. Watch our bulletin and web site for a sign-up link coming soon.

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.
