I’ve been a patient of Dr Archie Chung for 30 years. I’ve since brought my husband, my children and my friends and their children. Almost half of the community sees Dr Chung and it’s spreading like wild fire! The staff there is knowledgeable and personable, Dr Chung is patient with adults and children, he always takes his time to answer all my questions.

Eric and his team do an excellent job in selecting glasses from a really good selection of frames. The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Amy Law spotted a problem with my eyes and thanks to her I was scheduled for surgery to have it corrected. A great team and highly recommended.

Dr. Chung and the staff at the Eaton Centre are a pleasure. They were all highly professional, prompt (no waiting!), and personable. Dr. Chung was very thorough with his examination, he took time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him and will continue to do my eye examinations at this location.

Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

Went today for the first time. I don't have a family doctor. Went on a weekday morning arriving early, like 8:30. It opens at 9am. I was out by 9:30. The staff was pleasant, the waiting area large, the doctor was nice. No complaints. I came for a renewal of my prescription. S.P. Stouffville.

Our whole family is been looked after by Dr. Peter Lorenz, 10 days ago my mother who is 86 years old she had two-episode of losing the vision on her left eye, for several minutes, in the next few days her scheduled checkup was due with Dr. Lorenz, we discussed the situation & he looked intensely, end of the examination he wrote a referral to the emergency doctor & asked me to take her to St. Michael Hospital, there for next 13 hours she through many tests & final verdict was she has GIANT CELL

Excellent service! Doctor Malkani was super friendly and answered all my questions during my eye exam. What especially stood out to me was that he sent me a detailed, thorough and informational follow-up email the next day with answers to all my questions and recommendations for future care. Wellington is a consumate professional with a eye for what glasses suites a person. He also has the latest equipment, which does an indepth analysis of the helth of your eyes. I'm not sure what brought my wife and I here in the first place, but through our visits over the years he is now like a friend.

Loved their services and I'm impressed with their frames collection. I was on a business trip to Toronto and accidently broke my glasses while boarding a cab. It was my working glasses and I don’t want to strain my eyes too much without them. I loved that frame and I felt like it compliments my style.
