I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. Mike was quick and efficient. He took care of the service requirements promptly. He was Friendly and extremely courteous. He Knew exactly why I was there and made arrangements to have the glass repaired expeditiously. He knew I was on a time crunch and made every effort to repair and send me on my way.
