Great service, friendly and helpful. Actually the dealership delayed the shipment of parts to Dent Squad by sending them to the wrong repair shop. Dent Squad was awesome and when I got the car back it was spotless in and out, better than when I took it in, no need for detailing for another 3 months. Thanks Dent Squad!

Average At Best

I had my truck into the Dent Squad for scratch repair. The Dent Squad did a good job on the repair of the scratches but that’s where the good news ends.... My truck that i am very particular about came out with a dent....THAT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE...All they had to say is it happened in the parking lot, which they are not responsible for. Of course that’s what there going to say. Easy way out...Pretty hard to argue something that know ones going to admit too. I also cleaned my truck before it went in so they could get right to work on repairing the scratches. It came out MUCH dirtier than it went it....even the inside! Have they not heard of seat covers of cleaning there hands and wiping off there feet before they get into a CUSTOMERS vehicle.... Over all experience Quality of work-Good Staff- Friendly Knowledge-Good Professionalism-Poor Cleanliness-Extremely Poor My opinion go someone else. Somewhere that doesn't share a parking lot with 4 other businesses. (makes it to easy to pawn off damage that occurs during the visit) Somewhere that takes a little more pride it the customer property.

The "Wow" Factor

Wow, often are given mediocre results when it comes to service, but not with these guys! The Dent Squad were amazing. They gave us a fast precise quote and got us in promptly. But the quality of work is what really impressed us. They delivered on time and exceeded our wildest expectations on a bumper dent on an Acura TL which has a hard to match pearly white paint job. Two thumbs up and highly recommend using them!
