They bought my truck back after one month

I bought a used 20,000km f350 from Kentwood. After one month they bought the vehicle back from me. They put a rubberized under spray under the truck without first washing the mud off, so they sprayed over the mud. They tried to fix it, service manager said that is the best he can do. Still had mud underneath the rubber coating. Installed mud flaps on the front of the truck with two screws to the fender, had one blow off on the highway, damaging the side of the truck. Yikes...

The staff were friendly and sincere. The service was prompt and well done.

Helpful, friendly staff. We were treated great! A bit disappointed with the mistake made about the navigation not being in the truck as was said, but did offer to put me into another truck if i wanted. Made us feel welcome! Thank you
