Travel Gurus deal very well with clients. I noticed when I was booking my trip to Mexico, that they have a very warm rapport with everyone that comes in contact with them. They clearly enjoy the people aspect of their position. Melissa and Sue answer the phones with a smile and a friendly hello. That is just the beginning of my experience. As I was booking my trip, they outline every step to my trip and provide me with travel tips. They were knowledgable and able to answer any of my questions! A few days before the trip, I received a phone call from one of the agents, and they wished me safe travels and ensured I had their contact information to call them if I found my self in a difficult situation while I was traveling. I was so surprised as most business the customer service ends as soon as they see the "approved" on the debit receipt. I would definitely recommend Travel Gurus to my my family and friends. They have obviously developed a loyal customer rating by the way clients walk in and know the agents by first name basis. Travel gurus met my needs as a client.
