Recently had my hair done here by the manager and was given the best consultation and hair lightening and she was truthful about my hair goals and what it would take. I have had nothing but good compliments from so many since and I’m definitely going back

The worst experience ever. Holly really messed my hair up and then was completely unreasonable when I asked her to fix it. Have also has a wax and nails done there and just like my hair it was a complete disaster. I would AVOID this place unless you want a very bad experience.

I have been going to Holly at Serendipity for over a year now and have only had great experiences. Holly and her Staff are super friendly and she always gives me what I am expecting. I have had bad experiences with other hair dressers and Holly has given me my confidence back. 10/10 for me
