Shanks Miriam Dr

My experience, as a patient of Dr. Shanks, has been a very positive one. I found her genuinely concerned, she addressed each one of my symptoms and ordered appropriate tests. I was contacted and informed of the outcome of each procedure. I felt supported, heard and cared for during a very scary time in my life. Her MOA is very efficient and respectful. I Felt comfortable phoning the office. I am grateful I was referred to Dr. Shanks.

I was passed on from Dr. Rupka's list when he retired. Dr. Shanks seemed on the ball, ordered my annual echocardiogram and did stress test, said she would order my future cardiograms. I waited well past it's due date and finally had my GP order it. I am still waiting to hear the result, not a word from her office. Let's see if I get a call back to my message!

Terrible They ignore your doctor���s referral The Receptionist doesn���t listen I had a great Cardiologist in Dr. Rupka he and his receptionist were on top of things, were great at getting appointments set up on a timely manner. This cardiologist and receptionist don���t seem to care
