Very polite and professional

I have been a patient with Dr. Rodriguez for 3 years; Dr. Rodriguez and her staff have gone above and beyond when it comes to customer care and service for my entire family. And Dr. Rodriguez is the only dentist that I know who is fluent in spanish, which is a big plus in my book, especially with the growing latino community. So thank you again Dr Hilma Rodriguez and staff for your hard work and great smiles! God Bless

Dentist office

Worst place I've ever been.. The woman at the front desk is rude I heard her talking to her coworker saying that people on assistance shouldn't be able to see the dentist. I will never go back to her again can't get past the woman at the front desk.

We are very sorry to hear that "Miss Dee" feels this way. We are pleased to inform you that our office is one of the few offices in this area that continues to accept government-funded programs, despite the fact that we are not obligated to do so. We accept all programs including but not limited to CINOT (Children in Need of Treatment), ODSP (Ontario Disability) and OW (Ontario Works). Our office, as a whole, firmly believes that all people have the right to the highest standard of dental care, and we are committed to continuing to provide our service to the community.
