I agree with the ...

I agree with the customer below! My review was deleted by the owner. This shop left me stranded with no vehicle and blamed me for the damage to my vehicle even though they were the mechanics that maintained it! Don't be fooled because they WILL shut the door in your face when your car fails because of their poor maintenance!

Worst, Worst, Worst Ever!. Don't fooled by the 5 Star rating. Probably fake rating or done by family and friends. Save yourself from disappointment and painful experience!

Dear Moe, sometimes unexpected things happen in life, such as a serious illness of one of my technician. He has been hospitalized at that day. I am sorry you left the shop unhappy. I believe you were disappointed. I deeply apologize.

Fantastic Service!

My vehicle needed new brakes and my snow tires installed. I contacted Right Way and was immediately impressed with how responsive and knowledgeable they were. After I dropped my car off they shuttled me home. Later they discovered that BMW had provided the wrong wheel lock "key". They took the car to the dealership, swapped out the wheel lock key, and completed installing new brakes, brake sensors, and my winter tires. They didn't charge any extra for all the time they spent getting the right wheel lock key and even picked me up and brought me back to their office when the job was all done. I was amazed and truly grateful for their service. I highly recommend Right Way Auto Repair and will use them exclusively for all my vehicles going forward. They're WONDERFUL!!!!
