Hometurf Lawn Care Service

Hometurf always lets us know ahead of time when they are coming, and they give a detailed list of the services provided at the end of each treatment. When dealing with the employees, they are courteous, helpful and professional. We have been using them for 2 years now and our lawn has improved, but we do still experience significant dandelions on our lawn.

We have not found HomeTurf to be a very good service to use at all. Our treatments have not been done properly, we've complained twice and let them know we want to cancel. The "re spray" we had one was the only time the treatment was actually sprayed on all of the weeds. We used this company to make our lawn look nicer and it has looked no different all summer. We've had weeds all summer and the excuse given to us was that not all weeds are killed by their spray, yet when they came to do a r

I used the service for one year and didnt realize it automatically renews. Called them to stop my service. Paid the bill with first service and even paid late charges. That was 3 months ago. Even after being assured the account is cancelled, via email from their office, I AM STILL GETTING STATEMENTS SAYING I OWE MONEY. BILL WAS PAID IN FULL JUNE 6TH. Still got statements saying I owe them money with more late charges. And they threaten to affect my credit.

We have been very happy with the service over the last several years. We really like picking up the phone call the day before. HomeTurf has always done good for us.

This Hometurf care service provides the worst lawn care service. when they gave the 1st service they forgot the back yard and they were told to knock the door when they come. Their services were terminated after the 1st service and they are harassing the client to pay whole amount. I do not recommend them at all.
