Terrible Service. Will not recommend !

I had a WagJag voucher for Salon Gardenia and I must say it was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Please do not book your appointments with Dina, she is clearly unhappy and uninterested in her job there. She was busy talking to another hait stylist, cut my bangs too short, with the promise that 'it will look better' to 'it should grow back soon'. I went in for a trim, expecting 1 - 1.5 inch "trimmed" off. I must have told her that at least 4 times, before she hacked off 4 inches. I had to stop her halfway through. While the ambiance at the salon is great, the service there is terrible. Sadly that was my second time there. The first time, I went in for an up-do, that lasted till i got home. The curls didn't stay in place and it was $60 down the drain for me. Will not recommend this place, until they change hairstyllists.

First of all I would like to thank you for your review , But I wanna let you know that us(management) we care about our business and we try the best to make all clients happy and satisfied. so simply you've could till us or call us later if you're not happy with service and we are more than happy to help you any time. about the wagjag you could use it again with other hairstyles if you're not happy with Dina ,ask about Evon or George . take care Evon

very nice hair cut

I just got a hair cut from Salon Gardenia last Saturday ,it was first time for me their .my hair cut was just amazing and all the staff were very friendly . defiantly I will go again.
