    excellent service

    i bought sony tv at positive electronique , i had an excellent service the staff showed me the differnece between plasma, lcd and led i finally picked up my choice on 52 led sony , they checked for me the best price on the internet between several different retailers... they give me free hdmi cable, and they installed it for me at home in the same day ,and they connect me with videotron to get hd quality and i called them after 10 days for some question about the fonctionning of the tv , i highly recommend this srore for the knowledge they have and the service they give

    1 star is really 1 star too many!!

    I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to Positive Electronique!! I was underhandedly sold a refurbished T.V. at full price! Of course, the T.V. broke after about 6 months - yes - that is when I found out it was reburbished!!! Positive Electronique would not refund my money. The only satisfaction I was afforded was yet another refurbished T.V. covered with dust from the back of the store. Take a look around if you are curious enough to enter the store: every box is open, the bar codes have been removed from the T.V.'s etc. I could go on and on! This store appears to only sell refurbished inventory and then they sell it to the consumer for full price - what a great bargain!!! To make matters even worse, the owner and staff member were both rude and obnoxious when I tried to return the T.V. I have since spoken to other people and they have shared some pretty bad experiences at Positive Electronique also!
