These people don't answer the phone or their emails. They have a warning when you call not to resort to intimidation or threats and I imagine that's because on the off chance that they do take your call, you've already been waiting months to get in touch with them while they've expertly evaded your every effort. You're really on your own in Montreal as a lessee and it becomes a battle between tenants and landlords to get anything done. Chose carefully before renting and don't try calling here,
