Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief.
