During covid its a relief to know when a non urgent medical need arises on a Sunday, that this walk-in clinic goes above and beyond, to accommodate. From speaking with Doris whom was so kind and caring, calling us back informing us when it was time for us to come in for our appointment, to Doctor Ames gentle approach in dealing with mom. Can’t thank you both enough for all you do and continue to. God Bless!

This doctors office is by far the fastest Ive been to in my 40 years. Both doctors are awesome hands down. Ive read the reviews and negative comments, and if there was an issue I guarantee its not the doctors it was the receptionist. After the regular receptionist wasnt there anymore there was a young girl who messed up a lot, she was nice but inexperienced in my opinion but recently hired a new girl. Who is awesome, she knows what shes doing. Will continue to go w my kids been going for 4yrs

I came to the walk in today. It was so busy I thought that I was going to be there all day. I did wait for awhile but once I got in the quality of service was outstanding. I am glad I decided to wait instead of trying to go to Brampton due to the fact that there was no where else in town opened. Thank you very much Dr. Naveed.

All staff are amazing and super helpful. Administration goes above and beyond. Clinic hours are great they have days that they are open later and half day Saturdays! Im a happy patient!

My family doctor became too far for me after moving to a new address so I started walk-in at Shoppers World Walk-in Clinic. I loved. The receptionist was so efficient. The nurse was very concern about my health. She took a blood test as soon as I explained the symptoms I was experiencing. The doctor kindly asked how she could help me. I thought it was going a nightmare because of the high volume of patients, but it worked exactly the opposite. I am currently one of their patients.

I have been going to this clinic for over 4 years. Since the first time I went for checkup,the doctors have been great listeners and beyond caring. I recommended a few of my friends and they have been very satisfied with the service. I noticed that some of the older reviews quite negative in terms of staff..the staff have changed since the first time I went for checkup and are currently very kind and respectful.
