I was referred to Hillview 16 years ago and was thrilled with Dr Hugh and his staff! All of our pets have been cared for with so much love and kindness and never did we feel the care was about money first, unlike most so called hospital vets! Dr Elena has been fantastic with our unique situation,and has always gone above and beyond with her level of care, just like her dad. I have taken my cats to this clinic for many many years and they have always been amazing.
During the toughest of visits ( end of life assistance) they have gone above and beyond with their conpassion and care. They are always informative and open to any questions. Another great factor is that they are affordable.

CATS ONLY!!!! What a brilliant idea!!!!!!!!! The atmosphere is very quiet, simple and even a little homey. Dr. Chivers is awesome. Will 'tell it like it is'. Staff are friendly and helpful. Getting an appt. can be tricky due to one Dr. on-site but they try to accommodate based on need of visit. Follow up is good and I believe they truly love their jobs and taking care of cats only.

We recently lost 2 our dogs. In both incidences we were seen right away. The compassion the doctor showed was very touching. He did not rush us after the 1st one was put down he left us alone. The 2nd died at home.

All the staff at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Boctor is a wonderful,caring individual who is truly considerate of his furry patients...He is a ‘cut above the rest’. My sister & I ‘inherited our parents’ dog, Molly,who has many health issues. Dr. Boctor took her in, nursed her back to health and Molly now has the renewed ‘vim & vigour’ of a dog with a new lease on life. Mom and Dad would have been extremely grateful.. Thank you very much!

Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with.
