When they came out to fix my problem, they had it fixed very quickly and even offered some suggestions from preventing the loss of suction from happening again. Do not and I mean DO NOT go to the big box stores for your vacuum. You will pay far far less at this awesome local store plus, you may choose from new or refurbed; I went new with the great price. Super friendly and helpful with what you need and are looking for. So happy with these people, can't say enough. They also service your machine and are honest, reliable and reasonable.
